1. No Returns on Digital Goods
Due to the irreversible nature of digital codes and top-ups, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is marked as delivered and the code is revealed/emailed.
2. Failed EPS Transactions
If your card or bank account is charged but the EPS gateway fails to communicate success to our servers, the EPS provider will automatically reverse the charge to your account within 3-5 business days. Please contact our support team if you experience a timeout during checkout.
3. Invalid Codes
If you receive a code that is demonstrably invalid or already redeemed prior to your purchase date, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will verify the code's activity with our supplier and issue a replacement if the error was ours.
